Physical Therapy Services

Thanks to a partnership with the H.O.P.E. Clinic out of Elon University, SAFE is now able to offer free physical therapy services at SAFE at The Bridge on Thursday afternoons during normal operating hours (4 to 6 p.m,) Appointments are limited and available by physician referral only.

Orthopedic Conditions:

• Spine pain or injury

• Shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand pain or injury

• Hip, knee, ankle and foot pain or injury

• Sports-related injuries

• Post-surgical rehabilitation

Neurologic Conditions:

• Post-stroke

• Parkinson disease

• Multiple sclerosis

• Traumatic brain injury

• Spinal Cord Injury
