Resource Referrals

SAFE is excited to help connect neighbors to additional resources in the community through our resource referral program.

 

SAFE volunteers will work one-on-one with you to understand your needs and connect you to local programs and services that can help you move towards stability and hope.

We can help connect you to:

• Housing and shelter

• Transportation

• Health and well-being resources

• Education

• Employment

• Income assistance

• Legal services

Please note, you must have an appointment to visit one of our choice food pantries to utilize our referral service.
